Post Oak - High Rise Condo - Full Remodel

We had the pleasure of working on behalf of Kitchen and Bath company to completely remodel a stunning condo on Post Oak Blvd. The project's highlights included a luxurious new master bathroom with porcelain walls, a floating inset fireplace, and a breathtaking view of the Williams Tower Waterfall and Park. Upstairs, the kitchen was also completely redesigned with sleek Euro cabinetry and a stunning quartz countertop. Downstairs, a beautiful marble-tiled guest bathroom was installed to provide a relaxing and elegant space for guests. To complete the renovation, all walls and ceilings (except for the main room ceiling) were painted and new lighting was installed throughout the condo. Our team also sanded and re-stained the stairway treads and railing to a beautiful black finish, per the client's preference.

Garden Oaks - Kinley Lane

Client wanted his Shower and Tub removed to make room for an expanded shower area. We installed High End Quartz Slabs on the walls, shower seats, niches and a mosaic shower floor tile to complement and finish off the details. Additionally installed were Kohler plumbing accessories…a standard wall shower head, an overhead ceiling shower head, surround shower with multiple heads on the front wall, and state of the art touch screen control panel on the side wall to service all of the water functions within the shower.

The Master Closet behind the Shower area was completely remodeled. New Shelving Units were constructed on either side, New Carpet and Paint.

Kinley Lane - Full Home Remodel

Bankside - Kitchen and Wet Bar

Recently, CALIBER Remodeling & Construction completed a stunning kitchen renovation on Bankside that combined sleek modern design with warm, welcoming touches. To achieve this, we installed gloss blue Euro cabinets with a warm wood gloss finish on the pantry cabinetry and floating shelves, perfectly complemented by a beautiful quartz countertop. We also removed an exterior doorway leading to the breakfast area and replaced it with a window and custom-built a banquette for the client. At the bar area, we rebuilt the space using the same style and color Euro cabinets, a custom-built wine rack, and a dark quartz countertop with a honed and textured finish. To add a pop of color and whimsy to the room, we incorporated bright, eye-catching tile.

Bolton Place – Condo & Full Home Remodel

Last quarter we had the pleasure of working on a complete home remodel for a lovely family new to the Houston area. The considerably sized condo had soaring ceilings at the main room, which gave it a very open and airy feel. We were tasked with transforming the space to better meet our client's needs and vision.

One of the key design features of this project was the newly built bar space under the stairs; we converted into a split of pet cave and improved Air Conditioner return system. We incorporated custom-built brass floating shelves with glass shelving in front of smoked glass to achieve the perfect layout envisioned by the client. In the kitchen/breakfast area, we redesigned the space into a more singular area, featuring shaker-style wall cabinets, pantry cabinets, and floating shelves. The island featured a butcher block countertop, perfect for the client's preparation needs.

Upstairs, we completely redesigned the master bathroom. Opening the walls revealed some obstacles, which we eventually incorporated into the new design. We highlighted a wall adjacent to the tub with large format wood designed tiles, complete with built-in shelving for towels and other bathroom essentials. The green shower tile color scheme perfectly complemented the room design, which featured an off-white cabinet color, gold faucets, neutral gray tone floor tile, gold mirrors, and wallpaper that tied the space together.

Autumn Run - Kitchen, Laundry, and Guest Bath

We were handpicked by Kitchen and Bath company to undertake an extensive remodeling project for one of their esteemed clients. This exceptional project encompassed various home spaces, including the kitchen, breakfast area, powder room, and laundry room, all of which had suffered damage due to freezing and subsequent flooding.

Entire Home Remodel:  Client previously had an old world, Tuscan Style Design in the Interior and wanted to update the home with a more updated, modern look.  The end result is a beautiful new house with all of the amenities seen in million dollar plus homes. Candleridge Kitchen Remodel

A complete transitional Kitchen remodel.  Removed clients peninsula to create a more open space in the Kitchen.  New Side cabinets next to refrigerator for the Hutch look with wine refrigerator below.  Also added a pantry on the back corner wall for storage.  Installed New Tile Flooring in Kitchen and Utility Room,

Wimbledon Estates - Kitchen, Breakfast, Laundry

Linden Court - Kitchen, Butler's Pantry, and TV Center

Client wanted to redesign and replace their 90’s job built cabinets in their Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry and TV Center, with a newer style and design of cabinets.  

We elected to custom build their cabinets starting with the cabinet boxes and roll out trays, of Solid maple construction, and custom built the doors and drawers.  We then matched the stain to our clients preference and meticulously hand stained each individual door, drawer and panels to an exquisite furniture grade, silky smooth finish on each piece.  We installed iron/brass decorative tile plates that previously existed on the previous backsplash, and strategically reinstalled those on the new backsplash, that beautifully tied in with the countertop, backsplash, and the overall color scheme.  
Because the Kitchen was fairly spacious, the client elected to place a small ceiling fan in the center of the room.  It added great character, and as it offered various fan speeds, it was sure to keep the room cool even during the hot Houston summer months.  

Another design element the client was looking for was using “Seeded” glass in the upper middle doors in the Butler’s Pantry.  We also installed floor tile the Family Room, Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry with a Porcelain tile of Light Browns, Sand Colors, and Subtle Rust Tones.  Plenty of New Lighting was added to brighten up the entire space.  Two Pendants over the Island, Several Can Lights to Fill the Space and Under cabinet Lighting capped off the Lighting Plan.  
As part of the New Design, we rotated the Island 90 degrees and lengthened it to provide for more storage space and seating at the end, with the overhang feature.  The new design also allowed for a custom built niche space for Cookbooks, etc.  And finally, we added two new Slider Double Pane Windows to allow for a Nice breeze to enter during cools days.  

Agora Home Remodel

A virtual complete home remodel with beautiful details throughout…Kitchen, a Custom Breakfast Table, Grand Master Bathroom Suite, Master Bedroom with New Exterior French Doors, Three Guest Bathrooms, (Converted a Closet into a Bathroom and Added a New Closet), a Pet House under the Stairs and New Flooring Downstairs.

Ampton Master Bathroom Remodel

Extensive Bathroom Remodel:  This bathroom was completely gutted.  The Original Vanities were in the middle of the room opposite each other with a wall separating the two.  The light coming through the window was very limited as the Vanity wall obstructed the light and closed off the room.  We opted to place smaller individual vanities on each side of the entry to open up the room.  The client loved and supplied these Blue Colored Vessel sinks (shown) which we integrated into the room and provided contrast along with the Blue Barn Door and the usage of Fantasy Gray Countertops and Gray Cabinetry.  

In the back of the room was a Shower/Tub combination.  We removed the tub and created this beautiful and spacious shower area.  By opening up the room, we were able to strategically place a jacuzzi stand alone tub by the window to create a serene setting for the client.

Not shown in the photos presented are two Closets completely rebuilt with Custom Dresser in the interior as well.

Ampton Master Bath Remodel

Alhambra Home Remodel

Completed a lovely Kitchen Remodel finished with a Dental Crown Moulding along with a Custom Built-In Quartz Breakfast Table and a Custom Side Cabinet for Cookbooks, etc.  Pay particular attention to the Backsplash that we canvassed throughout the Kitchen…a spectacular result, juxtaposed with the Cambia Summerhill Countertops and Tile Rug above the Cooktop.  Additionally, client wanted to update the Powder Room, Guest Bath, Foyer to Front of House, Hallway to Garage with Storage Cabinets and Utility Room.  All Countertops used, with exception to the Powder Room, were Cambria Summerhill and Brittanica.

Belgrave Kitchen Remodel

The Client's objective was to create an open concept from their kitchen into the living room.  The Kitchen, Breakfast and previous Dining Room were originally blocked from view to the living area by a long wall with two door size openings for passage into those respective areas.  We removed and opened those rooms by constructing a 30'+ header to create the open concept.  Then proceeded to redesign the back wall kitchen cabinetry, with a little flair at the far left with a hutch-like cabinet configuration for the Wall Study area.  This was all centered around the clients wishes to custom build a beautiful blue island between two columns supporting the header.  The backdrop is an impeccable tile choice for the backsplash selection that adds timeless beauty to this design.    


Thompson Crossing - Master Bathroom

Woodtrace

Client added miscellaneous details in their newly purchased Next Generation Home in Woodtrace—Pinehurst.  We opened a wall between two closets and added a barn door for easy access.  Another light blue barn door with privacy glass panels was installed at the entry of one of the master bathrooms.  We removed and closed the door access to the one closet, added a wall and built a kneehole cabinet with mirror and overhead lighting on the backside (Interior of Closet).  On the front side, we custom built a beautiful dark stained charcoal/black  gray linen closet and matched existing cabinetry in master bath.  In the Kitchen/Breakfast Area, a newly custom built banquette was added to tie-in with the existing kitchen cabinetry.

Rudgewick

The client originally wanted a kitchen makeover and as we progressed further into the project, requested a more significant remodel.  In addition to the kitchen and details, we installed about half of the porcelain tile, wood pattern flooring through the downstairs.  More custom details were added to the project, a new pantry with a countertop used for making coffee and usage of other small appliances, a custom bar area wine rack cabinet and countertops along with a beverage refrigerator, laundry cabinets with countertop, and a custom banquette in the breakfast area.  The Client wanted Shiplap as a backsplash in the kitchen which made for very clean lines and adding to a more open kitchen space.  Lighting details were also added in the kitchen (ceiling and under cabinet), pantry, laundry, back entry, and powder room. 

Rudgewick Home Remodel

Thistle Wind Kitchen Remodel

Redesigned and custom built cabinetry to make room for a 48” commercial grade oven and vent.  Completed and updated the backsplash and provided extensive research into finding the perfect onyx slab to not only complement the backsplash, but also provide incredible and colorful back lighting above their range.  A multitude of colors available, and all operated from a simple remote.  Definitely a focal point in this beautiful kitchen.

Camillo Ct. Master Bathroom Remodel

Client wanted his Shower and Tub removed to make room for an expanded shower area.  We installed level 7 Quartz Slabs on the walls, shower seats, niches and a mosaic tile shower floor to complement and finish off the details.  Additionally installed were Kohler plumbing accessories...a standard wall shower head, an overhead ceiling shower head, surround shower with multiple heads on the front wall, and state of the art touch screen control panel on the side wall to service all of the water functions within the shower.   

The Master Closet behind the Shower area was completely remodeled.  New Shelving Units were constructed on both sides.  Painted Closet and installed New Carpet.
